Our team has worked in the property development industry for national and regional house builders at a senior level for many years. We understand the complexities and frustrations of the planning process, and our approach to providing BNG units to enable you to deliver your site, has been designed to simplify this process for you.
Payment Terms
To reserve your units, you will be required to pay a 10% deposit. This normally happens after Planning Permission has been granted and you’ve been given a BNG condition. You will then be issued with a Letter of Reservation and a Draft Option Agreement to sign. Your condition will be Pre-Commencement, and you will need to complete on the units before this milestone to meet the BNG condition. We recommend that you assume four weeks for this process.
